BIRD IS THE WORD TAKES FLIGHT

The concept for this website has been on the back burner of my creative goals for far too long. If I'm not actively creating art in my life, I feel like I'm squandering my time on this planet. Furthermore, I've recently come to the conclusion that merely creating art is not enough - I must share it. What good does a photograph do if it's locked up on a private hard drive? What good is a book of poems collecting dust in a distant closet? With these truths finally ringing true in my heart & mind, Bird is the Word is at long last off the ground.
